It was a really good study.

I went to the stroke patient's house using the visit rehabilitation service with TAMAKI-KUN and HASUI-KUN in the afternoon.
In this patient, the tension of gastrocnemius is very high, and strong contraction is seen in Initial Contact.
TAMAKI-KUN used the KAFO to carry out assistance gait training in the house.
By using KAFO, contruction of the gastrocnemius muscle at Initial Contact is suppressed.
After that, when walking again with AFO, contruction of gastrocnemius muscle changed a lot.
Even in visit rehabilitation, I think that KAFO should be used positively if necessary.
And for HASUI-KUN who was in charge during hospitalization, I think that evaluation of today was a good study.
