A week has begun.

The post-treatment of the seminar has also come to the end, and I have become to be able to do my daily work.
Today,I evaluated the gait ability of a stroke patient in charge of Kajikawa-kun.
In this picture, Kajikawa-kun carries out the gait assistance from the behind of the patient.
We performed the electromyographic evaluation of the tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscle.
The lower stage shows the electromyogram of the gastrocnemius muscle.
In the stance phase and in the swing phase, the muscle activity is seen all the time.


I changed the way of assistance.
Because this patient shows a mild pusher syndrome, you can see a collapse of the pelvic alignment of the lateral side.
However, the gastrocnemius muscle activity can be rested in the swing phase.
In the next evaluation, we plan to correct pelvic alignment using "yasashisa".

I am sure that this patient will be able to walk with more better alingment.




From the evening, we went to Kawamura Gishi with young staff.
It is a seminar on the effect of Trunk Solution.


I was going to know enough about Trunk Solution, but there were a lot of new things to learn.
The road was crowded and driving of the car was serious but I think that it was good to participate for me today.
