A day of office work only.

On the way home from work, the sunset sky was very beautiful.
I still felt tired of the hard work of the weekend and thought of working day off today.
I ended up going to work.

There are many office work which I have to finish of the physical therapist workshop held last week.
I created a student list, compiled the questionnaire results, and calculated the tuition fee.
（週末の理学療法士講習会の後片付けで一日中事務仕事ばっかりで少々うんざりやったわ）
Although I was busy, I carried out a gait evaluation of the patient in charge of Ogata-san.
The patient can walk well, but she feels more better by using T-Support, so she wanted to evaluate the gait ability.
In the image on the left, the patient uses only AFO, and on the right she uses AFO and T-Support together.
Changes appear in the initial contact of the paralyzed lower limb.
In the Initial Contact, the gastrocnemius muscle does not need to contract, but when walking with AFO, the gastrocnemius muscle contracts each time.
When T-Support is used together, the activity of the gastrocnemius muscles at the Initial Contact is suppressed.
Relaxing is important in advancing functional recovery.
（一件だけ、二階でオガタさんがジャッジ撮ってくれって言うから撮ったん。すでにスタスタ歩けるけど、オガタさんが言うにはT-Supportを装着した方が良さそうって言うから。実際、イニシャルコンタクトでの腓腹筋の逸脱したタイミングでの収縮がキレイになってたわ。リラックスって大事やな）
