Pink is a color that raises my tension.

Today I evaluated the gait ability of a stroke patient in charge of Minami.
I introduced it in this blog before, due to the misalignment of the body axis, this patient was strongly collapsed in the midstance with a non-paralyzed leg.
This picture was taken at the time of the previous evaluation, it was taken about 10 days ago.

We have been carrying out the gait training using visual feedback by foot pressure monitoring for about a week.
(足圧を測定するモニターを使って、視覚的なフィードバックを併用したトレーニングをしてきたんやけど）


And this is what the patient is walking today.
It might be a dramatic change, is not it?

However, regarding the paralyzed gastrocnemius muscle activity and the planter flexion of ankle joint , it is still better to use T-Support.
I was also happy that I was able to confirm the effectiveness of the training using visual feedback, and was also happy that I could confirm the effectiveness of T-Support in the terminal stance.
（まぁまだまだ、T-Supportを装着したら、麻痺側下肢の立脚後期は筋活動もセカンドピークもかなり改善するんやけどね。でも視覚的フィードバックが良く効いたのが兎に角嬉しかったわ）


On Saturday the day after tomorrow, I will hold a seminar for physical therapists at Takarazuka rehabilitation hospital.
The content of the seminar is about organization management for medical staff.
（明後日の土曜日に、宝塚リハビリテーション病院で理学療法士講習会するねん）


Many books have been sent from Professor Horimoto who is a lecturer of the seminar.
I am most interested in the gait training theory of stroke patients, but equally interested in management.
（講師をしてもらう、国際医療福祉大学の堀本先生から、いっぱい書籍が届いたん。ボキ、脳卒中患者さんが上手く歩く方法について考えるのが一番好きやけど、組織のマネジメントについても同じくらい興味あるん）


It seemed that this book is the most interesting.
（中でもこの本が一番面白そうやったわ）


In this book,it was written that it is the most important for you to communicate the surprising experiences around you in a visible form.
Is that exactly what I am doing on this blog?
（この本に、『組織を変えたいなら、驚きや感動の経験を、目に見える形でまわりの人に伝えよう』って書いてあったわ。それって、ボキが毎日このブログでやってることやんな?）


After work, young staff helped me of prepareing for the seminar the day after tomorrow.
We are not yet ready for the seminar.
I have to hurry.
（仕事の後、講習会の資料の準備をミズタくん、ハスイくん、マツナガさん、ミナミ、実習生くんが手伝ってくれた。ありがとう。セミナーの準備はまだ完了してないねん。明日もバタバタするわ）
