I evaluated the movement of ascending and descending stairs of patients in charge of Fujii-kun.
This patient has a loss of muscule strength of the right lower limb, but when she wears T-Support, it seems that she can climb the stairs well.

Surely this patient was able to climb the stairs very smoothly when wearing the T-Support.
Especially it seemed that the movement of the flexion of the right hip johnt with the weakness of muscle strength, has changed.
As usual, I am evaluating the electromyogram of the gastrocnemius muscle, and the activity at the timing corresponding to the terminal stance seems to be quite different.

By the way, do you know why the T-Support changes the muscle activity of terminal stance？
It is because of the effect of the elastic band of T-Support, that helps the eccentric contraction of flexor of the hip joint.
If so, would not it be more effective when the patient get off the stairs?

Activity of the gastrocnemius ... I do not know how to interpret it.
