From what angle are you watching the stroke patient's gait?

ミズタくんがアイルランドの学会から帰ってきたので、早速お昼休みにプチ報告会をしてもらいました。
海外の学会の自由に教え、教えてもらう雰囲気がとても楽しかった、って。
ボキも初めてアジア学会で発表したとき、いろいろ衝撃を受けたわ。
スーツ着て、ネクタイ締めて、肩肘張って、戦闘態勢でマウントの取り合いをする日本のセラピストの学術活動って、なんか間違ってるやろ？

大事な書籍とか、南アフリカ土産のコップとか、打ち出の小槌とか、高杉晋作のマトリョーシカとか、阿修羅像とか、石川誠のサイン入り小拍子とか、兎に角大事なものを一箇所に。


アルコール類はあんまり目立たないところに。


そして飼育してきたシーソー兄さんとナラ・カワニシは病院の敷地内のしげみにリリースしました。
達者でな。


I evaluated the gait of a stroke patient in charge of Naka-san after a long absence.
This patient has not only severe motor paralysis but also various difficult problems to walk well.
Compared with the previous measurement, the amount of assistance has been greatly reduced.
However, with assistance from the back, the hip joint can not be held in the extension position in the Terminal Stance.


Even if the patient uses a cane, it is still difficult to hold the paralyzed hip joint in the extended position.
Let's try another physical therapist to assist walking.


By the small change in the way of assistance, it is possible to walk with this alingment.
The alingment of the Terminal Stance changes greatly depending on where the physiotherapist supports the body of the patient and how the center of gravity movement is induced.

It is very difficult to think about what kind of training should be selected for this patient to acquire practical walking ability.
If we just consider increaseing the activity of the gastrocnemius muscle, I think that it is a good method to assist the gait by physiotherapists from both sides using T-Support.
