Until now, our hospital used a HAL of gait assisting type to wear on both legs.
However, both leg type HAL is very very very heavy, we decided to change for a single joint type.


3 physical therapists and 3 occupational therapists participated in the briefing.
The impression of a single joint type ... I felt that we can use it for stand up exercise.
However, a single joint type HAL can not be used for gait training.
I am looking for a robot that can be used for gait training of stroke patients, so I regret that point somewhat.


By all means, I can not understand the effect of using HAL (interactive biofeedback) proposed by Mr. Sankai.
