タコを食らうのは夏至じゃなくて半夏生だそうです。


ネットで検索すると、半夏生のタコセールが昔からあることを知りました。


しかもこのブログの熱心な読者である、ボキの母上からメールが来て、
『あんた子供のころから半夏生にはタコ食べてたがな！』
とご指摘をいただきました。
おそらく西日本中心に、百姓がやってきた風習なんでしょう。
我が家は明治の終わり？か大正時代あたりに南河内の山奥から大阪市内に移住したらしいので、ボキが子供のころ、我が家はまだまだ田舎の農家の風習が色濃く残っていたようです。
というわけで、ボキは昔から半夏生タコ、やってきたみたいです。
はい。


お昼休み、The International Society of Electrophysiology and Kinesiology (ISEK) って、今月末にアイルランドで開催される学会で発表する予定の水田くんが、予演会。
内容は、自力歩行可能な脳卒中片麻痺患者さんの…なんやろ、英語でプレゼンしてたから、途中からようわからんようになったわ。
でもディスカッションしてて面白いな、と思ったのは、重度の運動麻痺を呈していても比較的高い歩行速度に達している患者さんが結構たくさん居る、ってこと。

これな、あんまり大きい声で言われへんけど、多分、宝塚リハの歩行トレーニングの結果やで。
おおきい声で言われへんけどな。
ウチの理学療法がめっちゃレベル高いことの結果やで。

This patient has made a KAFO at an acute care hospital.
The ankle of this brace uses a joint that fixes the dorsiflexion and plantarflexion.
We believe that excessive fixation by lower limb orthosis may inhibit functional recovery of hemiplegic patients.
So we evaluated the difference between the state where the ankle joint was fixed and the state where the fixation of the dorsiflexion direction was canceled.


In this image, both ankle joint fixation and knee fixation are released.
There was no significant change in the EMG of the gastrocnemius muscle (lower stage).
However, when the fixation of the ankle joint was released, the patient said that "it is very easy to walk".
In gait training of stroke patients, it is often a matter of argument about how much joints should be fixed by lower limb orthoses.
I think that we should think about this problem more simply.
"If the patient can walk without fixing the joint, we should not fix it"
Is not it just that?
