From tomorrow, I will not use the word WHY.

Today I joined the coaching workshop on my own.
The place of the workshop was Temmabashi in Osaka.


It was a very meaningful workshop,and it was this part that many students reflected on everyone.

『なぜ（そんな事も）出来ないの？』
『なぜ（そんな事も）知らないの？』
『なぜ長下肢装具を使わないの？』
『なぜゲイトジャッジで評価しないの？』
『なぜもっと工夫しようと思わないの？』

『なんでボキに相談してくれないの？』
（↑実は1番言いたいのはこれなんやろな…）


決して相手を追い込むつもりはないんだけど、指導者の言葉の選択によって若い衆の学習意欲を左右するのなら、自分が変わらないといかんね。
相手は変えられん。
自分が変わらんとな。

This teacher usually seems to have many opportunities to give lectures to nurses, and when I showed pictures to my wife, she seems to have given a lecture every year at the nursing department of the hospital where my wife worked!
What a small world!
