来週、神戸の日本看護協会研修センターで開催される、日本看護協会の研修で1時間半ほどお話させていただきます。
そのスライドの締め切りが今日やったん。
早めに準備しよう、と心に決めてて、結局締め切り当日にかけこみで完成させるという…まぁ毎度のことですね。

いやしかし、今回のスライド作りは勉強になった。
いつもは脳卒中の歩行に興味あるPT相手の講師しかしてないから。
今回は看護師さん相手に、もっと幅広く、『脳卒中の機能障害・能力障害の評価と訓練の方法』みたいなテーマでのご依頼だったので。

何を話そうか、相当迷って。
やっぱりどうしても伝えたいことは、

…話を戻すけれども、講演では、

活動を通して活動に介入するという、非常に特殊な治療方法を選択しているリハビリテーション医療における、看護師さんの重要性を訴えてみようと思うねん。

そのためには…

やっぱヌード博士のリスザルと、

ヘッブの法則は説明したほうがええかな…とか。
難しいことを簡単に、簡単なことを面白く、伝えないとね。


午後、メジカルビュー社から速達が届きました。
今年の秋口に販売予定の『盲点チェック！脳卒中リハ　装具活用実践レクチャー』って書籍の一部を執筆させてもらってるんですけどね。
その校閲作業。

バタバタしてたからあれやけど、良く考えたら紙ベースの書籍（のごく一部）を執筆させてもらうの、初めてなんだよね。
出版されたら、両親と倉吉のお義母さんのお仏壇に献本しよう。


Today I also evaluated the gait ability of many stroke patients.
I would like to introduce two interesting cases among them.
The first person is the patient who is in charge of Ogata-san on the second floor.
In the photograph on the left, the patient use only the ankle foot orthosis.
In the right, walking aid T-Support is used in combination.
It is difficult to find the merit of wearing T-Support because the patient has already a considerable walking ability.
However, the alignment of the pelvis tends to collapse during the paralyzed stance.
In such a case, I think that Trunk Solution may be effective.
I think I will try it tomorrow.


The second person is a stroke patient who is in charge of Yamamoto-kun on the fourth floor.
This patient continuously uses the gait assist robot made by Honda Giken Co., Ltd.
This is not wearing a robot.


When the patient wears the robot, the muscle activity of the gastrocnemius muscle changed as well.
If you look closely, you can see that the ankle plantar flexion moment in the terminal stance is also changing.
Since the HOKOU-ASSIST can not be used once for maintenance, I am looking forward to see how the gait ability changes during that period.
