I feel like walking with my own leg for the first time.

毎朝、食事前にモフモフの散歩をした後に、湯上り娘とプチトマトとししとうとハバネロとブルーベリーをチェックして、頑張れよ、大きくなれよ、って声をかけるねん。
湯上り娘の葉っぱは、カメムシとかナメクジの大好物らしくて、どうしよう、いちど薬をかけてみようか、って考えてたんやけどな。
今朝、湯上り娘の葉っぱの上にちっちゃいカマキリくんを発見。
ひょっとして、葉っぱを食い荒らす悪いやつらを食べてくれる？
期待してみよう。


In the afternoon, I conducted gait evaluation using Gait Judge for three patients in a row.
First of all, the patient who is in charge of Hasui-kun on the 4th floor.
Using KAFO, physiotherapists assist the paralyzed lower limb from the back.
Electromyogram is the same as usual, gastrocnemius.


As a result of increasing another physiotherapist who provides assistance, the stride grows and the amount of muscle activity of the gastrocnemius increased.


The second is a hemiplegic patient who is in charge of Naka-san at the second floor.



Using T-Support together, the amount of activity of gastrocnemius muscles at Terminal Stance is also increasing.


ちなみにこの患者さん、いろんな原因があって介助歩行中に体幹伸展位保持が難しいねん。
というわけで、久しぶりに『黒帯くん』の登場。
ええ感じやと思うんやけど。

ただ、黒帯くんはセラピストがなかなか1人で装着できんのよ。
そこがなぁ。


…まぁ、ナカさんを黒帯くんで縛る時に、何だか上手く言えないトキメキのような感情が湧き上がってきたんやけどな。
何なんやろな。
不思議やなぁ。

Patients with fractures usually do not evaluate electromyography.
In fact, I always think that it would be better to positively evaluate electromyograms for patients with orthopedic disease.


Using the T-Support, and physical therapists assisted from both sides, the activity of the gastrocnemius  (the lower stage) changed.
And this patient, when training on this walking way, said very good things.

Since injury,I feel like walking with my own leg for the first time today!
