I am still tired.

On the 24th before I entered the consecutive holidays, I was evaluating the gait ability of the stroke patient who is in charge of Ogata-san on the second floor.
The upper graph is the tibialis anterior muscle and the lower graph is the gastrocnemius muscle.
It is a patient who already has the ability to walk on its own at the time of hospitalization.
I was predicting that the muscle activity would change significantly in a short period, so only a few days have passed since the previous evaluation, but I evaluated it again today.
The gait speed improved greatly in just a few days.
Then the activity pattern of the gastrocnemius was even better.
But there is only one thing that I worry about.
That is, the contraction pattern of the tibialis anterior muscle is disturbed as the walking speed increased.
I'd like to evaluate if this phenomenon is temporary or not soon.
てなわけで、基本的に脳卒中患者さんの歩行トレーニングに関することは英語で書くと決めてから、ほぼ1か月が経ようとしています。
目的は…宝塚リハで実施している、ボキの知る限り、世界の理学療法を変えるくらい可能性かつインパクトのある情報を、世界の理学療法士に知らせるため。
で、本当に英語圏の人間が読んでいるかどうか、グーグルの分析ソフトを使って調査してるんやけど。
この2週間で、外国からのアクセスはこんな感じ。
そりゃね、そんな簡単なもんじゃないってことですよ。
もっとこのホームページの価値を上げるために、重要な部分から、随時英訳していこうと思ってるんやけどな。
今週はもうどうにもこうにもバタバタやねん。
