Does “KIMI-KOISHI” mean that I love you?

Today, I evaluated the gait ability of a stroke patient in charge of Miyabi on the second floor.
This patient has severe motor paralysis, but acquired a very beautiful gait posture.


We think that it is most important to activate gastrocnemius muscle in gait training of stroke patients.
The biggest reason why this patient was able to acquire high gait ability is that we did appropriate gait training.


In the morning we measured the three patients.
The second patient is who in charge of Ogata-San on the second floor.
Walking using only AFO with oil damper（gait solution）, the gait speed is very low.


When using T-Support to improve the gait speed, the muscle activity of the gastrocnemius muscle also changed to a very beautiful one.


The third patient is who in charge of Ohata-Kun on the 4th floor.
I was very bothered about what kind of walking aids to use during gait training.
Although it is a slightly irregular use, I found that support from the both side and using the T-Support band in combination, we can get very high therapeutic effect.


In today's measurement, I was able to make sure that the patient could use the cane very well and I could confirm that our treatment policy is very correct.


お昼休みに久しぶりに漫才と落語。
今、トライやるウィークで中学生が4階に来てるん。
で、毎年トライやるの時期に、病棟でミズタくんとハスイくんの漫才、そしてボキが小咄をする、という…なんだろう、もはや伝統行事？


彼らはいとこい師匠のネタをやるのだ。
だから、きっと、いとこい師匠の雰囲気を出そうとしているに違いない。


気持ちはわかるよ。
こういうイメージでしょ？

けど、ハスイくんのメイクはどう見ても、









セミのお腹に見える。



そして彼らの今日の漫才は少しテンションが低めだった。
なぜか？



…それは言わない。


午後、川村からふじもっさんが来院。
今度、やさしさについて学会発表するので、実際に使用している場面の写真を撮影しに来られたのです。


やさしさについては、川村さんがきっと商品化してくれるだろうと信じています。
問題は、商品名は『やさしさ』で行くのか、ってところ。

で、上の画像。
これ、昨日オリベッティが持ってきた川村義肢主催の『トリラボ』って勉強会のちらし。
月に一度、川村本社で開催しているのです。
ボキも去年1度参加させていただいたことがあります。
今年度、その第5回のタイトルが、『Tサポートと●●ベルト（開発中）を使って』となっている。
きっとこの●●ベルトというのは『やさしさ』のことでしょう。
「さすがに『やさしさ』っていくらなんでも奇抜すぎないか」、という議論が川村義肢内で行われているに違いない。

…ってことを、昨日、書類を整理しながら想像してたん。
そこで、今日、ふじもっさんに、ボキの限界の妥協案を提案してみた。
やさしさ、という素敵な言葉の意味合いを残しつつ、川村さんがぎりぎり我慢できそうなネーミング。








それは…


『Yベルト』




…どう？


装着した様子を後方から眺めると、Yに見えるやん？
ボキ、最終的にT-Supportは世界中の理学療法士が使う道具になるって確信してるから、英語圏のセラピストたちにもなじみやすいでしょ？

川村さん、ご検討ください。




そして今、新幹線で東京に向かってます。
明日からつくばで日研なんです。
当然ですが自腹です。
それでもついてきてくれる6人。
