Abstract title: EFFECT OF IMPROVED WALKING SPEED USING A WALKING AID TO SUPPORT HIP JOINT UPON LOWER LIMBS OF HEMIPARETIC STROKE PATIENTS

In the near future, we will be publishing the online congress proceedings from WCPT Congress 2017. These will include all abstracts, and if permission is granted, PDF versions of PowerPoint and poster presentations given at congress.

If you would like your poster to be included in the proceedings, you must upload a copy by Friday 18^th August.

You may also like to generate additional content to add value to your poster. Consider recording a short presentation to accompany your poster. We advise that this is no longer than two minutes. If you put your poster up as a display at home or work, you could get someone to video you speaking to your poster. This could:

• highlight the key findings, implications for practice and lessons learned - expanding on the content of the poster;
• provide a language translation of the poster content for example in your native language eg French, Spanish, Japanese; or
• include a combination of the above.

Alternatively, you could simply record an audio commentary.

If you upload this to a website, you can then direct people to it; check with your workplace if there is an option to do this via your institution’s or facility’s website. Think about a dedicated webpage that could include:

• your poster
• a translation of your poster in any additional languages you can provide
• a pre-recorded presentation
• a handout
• a recorded presentation you may have made at the congress

This website will close on 18^th August 2017. If you do not upload your materials by this date they will not be included in the congress proceedings.
